The Braemar Group is an award-winning commercial and hospitality real estate company in Western Canada. They are behind the construction and management of several commercial plazas in BC, Alberta & Saskatchewan, housing the likes of Starbucks and Perkins Restaurants, and several Best Western Plus and Choice Hotels.
With a portfolio of 5 big brand hotels in BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, Braemar Group had their hands full in the management and operation of the properties. Hotels do a large portion of their business online through internet booking systems, and everyone seems to want a slice of the pie. Twin Creek helped Braemar retain more of their online booking revenue by creating independent websites that showcased their amazing hotels and allowed guest to book direct, bypassing “online booking agents”. Regional digital advertising campaigns supported the growth of online bookings and bolstered revenues.
We chose Twin Creek Media after hearing about the positive results they achieved for another local hotel utilizing their marketing efforts. The first project we tasked them with was to rebuild our 5 outdated websites for our group of hotels. Along with meeting the promised deadlines, James and his team were receptive to our ideas and feedback ensuring they delivered a product that exceeded our expectations. During our two year partnership with Twin Creek Media, we appreciated their creative digital marketing approach and the inclusive brainstorming sessions for new campaign and marketing ideas. Twin Creek Media was a great choice for our company as it provided us with access to a talented marketing team and eliminated the challenges of attempting to build a successful in house marketing department ourselves.Tanis Hazard Assistant Director of Operations, Braemar Group
Each of the 5 hotel websites experienced more traffic than the old websites had. More importantly, the traffic converted a little better, and no middle man collected a commission.
With freshly designed websites that were built to encourage online hotel room bookings and targeted advertising campaigns, the ROI continued to increase.
